Willow's Bio

Though Willow is over a century old, he has still lived most of his life in Finsel and formed many meaningful relationships with the humans that live there. It is, perhaps, because of his love of individual humans that he despises humans as a whole. Around eighty years ago Willow came to know a boxer and his daughter living in the slums. The boxer’s daughter fell ill and they couldn’t afford to pay for her treatment, so the boxer began to gamble his life for a chance at saving his daughter, going up against opponents that were far larger and stronger than he was. Inevitably, he was beaten nearly to death and could no longer work. Willow, having not nearly enough money to help them himself, began writing poetry about the boxer and his daughter in a desperate attempt to bring attention to his friend’s situation. The poems became wildly popular among nobles, but the real-life inspirations behind the poems were ignored and died in poverty. Willow decided that humans don’t care about tragedy in the literal, only the theoretical where it serves as entertainment, and - finding the pen to be useless - turned to his much more reliable fists and fell into the Gang Territory. Willow’s worldview changed, and he came to believe that, “although the power of art leads to eternity, but to grasp the present, we must have force. Without the present, there would be no eternity.”

Taking his anger, grief, and frustration out on all those who stood before him by throwing himself recklessly into every fight he could find, Willow created a legend in the Gang Territory and amassed wealth and power. His symbol became the emerald studded brass knuckles that came to be known as the Legendary Seal of the Gang Territory, the weapon of the undefeated Champion of the Underground Arena. Legend has it that when the Gang Territory fell into a turf war fifty years ago, the battle raged for three days in what would later be called the Battle of Gang Territory. And from the chaos rose the victor, the Champion, the man with the ability to command wind and lightning, the strongest warrior in the Gang Territory. Willow won the right to rule, but found that it brought him no joy to amass power or wealth, and so he gave away his wealth freely and shied away from the spotlight; eventually the legend faded into obscurity after the Champion vanished, and now only rumors remain that that once great man has ended up working for a noble. There are many in the slums who remember the Champion not as a warrior, but as a man who gave away everything he owned to friends and strangers alike, who defended the weak with his own fists, bleeding for anyone who could not fight for themselves. It had never been his intention to help, only to find relief for himself. “I just thought they needed those things more than I did. Fighting made me happy enough.” Perhaps that is why he was eventually lured away from the Gang Territory.

A hollow life spent ever in fear of the next conflict and wounded from the last is difficult to maintain, who knows what the Duke Bavlenka of the time promised Willow to buy his loyalty, but Willow has been working under the Bavlenka Family ever since. He became something of a fancy pet, only ever seen draped in finery and singing sweetly for nobles at luxurious balls filled to the brim with wealth and excess. He lived well, but it was a life that made him sick. To cope, he spent all his free time sneaking away to the Slums to drink and fight to excess, even disguising himself to return to the Colosseum in secret. “Singing makes me feel less alone. And fighting, I feel as if I'm truly alive. When your life is almost eternal, time loses its meaning.” It was not until he met Magda Ellenstein that he began to find the dull routine of his life new and exciting again. Striking up a friendship, Willow found himself chasing after Miss Ellenstein as she caused trouble and shook Finsel by its roots, even going into battle during the climax of the Sulla War to help her. The Finsel that emerged from the rubble of war was changed, though it was unclear if it was for the better.

Whatever promise Willow had made with Duke Bavlenka all those years ago must have been somewhat shaken with the late Duke’s death, for Willow began to hide himself away from the new head of house, well enough that it took some time before Duke Gaelan Bavlenka learned of his existence. Willow seemed to hold a particular disdain for Gaelan Bavlenka, though was not alone in his dislike for the man attempting to navigate Finsel’s political landscape with entirely unearned confidence. It was not just Willow’s rebellion chipping away at the Bavlenka family’s united front and social prestige, though his was one of the first to be ended. Eventually Lou Bavlenka dragged him back to his duties, though Willow did not go gently. The first song he sang under the new Bavlenka head was the infamous Cursed Aria, a legendary song among the elves that had largely been lost to time, as no one wished to gamble their life just to perform it. Dedicating his performance to Lady Magda Ellenstein, Willow told her, "Once life loses its meaning, we must find a new one. I never cared about the future. It's unpredictable,” before confessing his love for her in no uncertain terms. It was his conviction and passionate love for Lady Ellenstein that weathered him through the song’s curse, and until his love for her fades, he can sing it as often as she will listen.

Like many others, Willow found himself falling for the charming Miss Ellenstein soon after making her acquaintance, pledging to come whenever she called so that he could fight her battles for her, this being both something of a confession and an attempt to keep Miss Magda from getting into trouble in the Gang Territory. He could only fall for her more as he watched her monumentous rise to power, and would continue to be enthralled by her care for people and her stubborn drive to improve Finsel, bridging the gap between the nobility and the Slums. In an ultimate act of passionate love, Willow placed his life on the line to sing Lady Ellenstein the Cursed Aria, though when she could not find the words to respond, he instead asked her to listen as he kept singing for her and her alone. Regardless of the direction Lady Ellenstein’s heart will follow, Willow will continue to be inspired by her, striving to improve himself as a man and a singer, and go on to dedicate himself to improving the lives of elves in Finsel.

[GORE] The video game [FNAF HW, Renegade AU]

As I usually do with month long prompt events, I picked eight of the prompts to complete over a span of time that goes far over the actual event's timeframe. My first pick for Derin's Vanuary event (an event on Tumblr dedicated to FNAF's Vanny and Vanessa) is Video Game.

My brain instantly turned to Help Wanted 1 and Silver Parasol.

Four game developers against the ghost of a man who spent his life seeking immortality only to find a path of bloody death.

Whilst William Afton managed to persist as a ghost after the destruction of his physical form, Scraptrap, one cannot consider themselves among the living without a body, and William aimed to use the developers bodies to bring himself back to the world of the living.

But the four game developers did fight back. One by one, he tried to take over their minds, and one by one they fought back as they ripped back control and tried to flush him from the program he possessed. But each wound up losing a part of themselves in each of their fights against William.

The first lost his face, the second lost her mind, the third lost her eye, and the fourth lost herself.

All because of the development of a video game.

A video game that was a part of a cover up operation to hide the crimes of Fazbear Entertainment's founder, William Afton.

A gig the developers only took in order to get the inside scoop and make the game reveal the truth instead of hide it, and they wound up uncovering a plot to allow William to possess anyone anywhere in the process.

Whilst the developers had been able to flush William from the game, preventing him from using the game as a possession vector, the fourth developer - Ness - had lost her fight against William, and he had taken up residence in her mind, making victory feel hollow.

1. what is your muse's sexual/romantic orientation?

Thancred is biromantic and bisexual, with a slight preference for women.

4. does your muse find any specific features particularly attractive?

He's a butt guy, I would say. And a legs guy. He likes a nice round butt and long legs to go with it. He's also a sucker for a pretty face, and stretching until your belly peeks out a little bit will certainly get his attention.

12. does your muse get flustered easily? how would they typically react to compliments from someone they are interested in/dating?

He does not get flustered easily, but it possible to fluster him if you hit just the right buttons. An ARR Thancred would most likely flirt back, whereas HW and StB Thancred would probably just shut you down if you flirted with him, while an ShB Thancred would be no nonsense but more polite about it.

16. what is/are your muse's love language(s)?

Acts of service, for sure. He'll do anything for someone he loves.

17. what are some of the signs that your muse shows their care/love without saying they love/care about their partner?

Well, mostly those acts of service I mentioned. But he likes to give gifts and do little things to make their lives better.

31. does your muse develop crushes easily? would they be open about it to a friend or keep it to themselves?

I don't think he forms crushes all that easily. He uses his pretty face to flirt and get what he wants a lot pre-HW, but actual crushes are fewer and further between. In the event that he does get a crush, he might tell Urianger about it with a vow of secrecy, but he would most likely keep it to himself.

Going in the post FNAF6 events, is there any other notable changes of note in this AU? Like changes to the games before Security Breach, different animatronics, etc, or is it pretty much one to one otherwise?

Okay, so this is where my rewrite starts to become a little...weirder than usual since I changed a LOT about post FNAF 6, (although believe me the security breach part will need its own post!) Reminder that this is still very much a work in progress, I haven't fully finished thinking the whole thing out yet, so as time goes on there is a possibility of lore updates or changes, answers below as usual!

Well for FNAF UCN, I know there's people who think that Andrew (i don't actually know who this is, but it's some kid from the books) is 'The One You Should Not Have Killed'/TOYSNHK, but lowkey i think that's stupid and I have decided to not include him. As I've said plenty of times before this rewrite does not include ANYTHING from the books (okay I lied there's a handful of things from the books that I've altered to fit into my story because I like the idea of it, but I'll list ALL the changes of the rewrite in another post if people are interested!)

Cassidy is TOYSNHK. Old Man Consequences is Henry, I guess. And yes, UCN is Afton's afterlife prison created by Cassidy, but it's not his real afterlife destination. He probably could've been able to escape sooner it had it not been for Cassidy constantly torturing him. And also Afton comes back I guess. Besides that everything is the same! (Mostly because, does this game really matter? It's basically just a spin off)

Anyways onto Help Wanted, I guess the only changes are just handfuls!

As we know in canon, Fazbear Ent. hired Silver Parasol Games to create a game trivializing and mocking the company's past to make a quick buck and probably to get people off their back about it. However an incident involving a beta tester named Jeremy (I'll get back to that in a sec) caused production of the game to halt, and development of the game was sent to another unknown company (presumably Fazbear Ent. Maybe?) But I'm altering some of that.

Silver Parasol Games does not exist in my rewrite. Instead the development company working on the game is a branch of the Fazbear Ent. Company, mostly because I feel like it makes sense for this moronic business to employ their own workers to do stuff for them at a cheaper rate than actually pay another studio more money to get things done. While the incident with Jeremy still occurred, the game halted production because Fazbear Ent. had to deal with the legal issues cause yk...one of your employees disfigured himself and probably a few people saw that. And after that was dealt with (rather swiftly, they probably bribed a few people here and there) the game production continued.

As for tape girl in this rewrite, uh...idk, I made her Vanessa/Vanny. I know there's probably some evidence out there that is like "but they're two different people you idiot !!" And yeah I'm sure they probably are but whatever, this rewrite has way too many characters and I'm not dealing with that. I felt like it didn't make sense for Tape Girl to not deal with Glitchtrap herself instead of getting the player to do it themselves. Like you said you knew a way to get rid of him, so...why didn't you do it earlier?? Anyways the way I'm changing Tape Girl and her lore is gonna be weird to explain, but that's for me to refine later in life!

Anyways, back to Jeremy, I made the choice to not make him Jeremy Fitzgerald, because 1. I feel bad for the poor dude already, he already lost half his head, does he need to lose his whole face too?? 2. Jeremy in HW isn't too important anyway, so no point in bringing Jeremy back just to kill him off (I mean J. Fitzgerald isn't that important either, but 🤷🤷) and 3. He would be too fucking old for this! During 1983 he was about 15-16 years old, and presuming HW takes place around modern time, he'd probably be in his 40s or 50s I think (maybe 60s idk, there's a reason it's my least favorite subject 💀💀) and like what the hell would he be doing there? Senior citizen ass go to the retirement home bro. And also who the hell would work AGAIN for the company who covered up the time you got your BRAIN BIT OFF by one of their robots??

And yeah Glitchtrap = William Afton. However, he STILL doesn't have any memories of his life as William (and now, he only barely remembers Mike and Henry, his strongest memories are when he was Springtrap and Scraptrap) when he escaped the UCN afterlife prison created by Cassidy, he managed to find out how much things have changed in the company, and more importantly he found out about the game they were developing.

He still wanted to have an immortal life (cause he also vaguely remembers wanting to live longer from when he was still working on reviving Evan, and his 'brain' scrambled it into him wanting to live FOREVER, no dead son here!) And he was like, "well, I guess coming back as a digital entity would be awesome!" But remember there's still a chance of him being fully deleted forever as explained by Tape Girl, so his plan is to infect people with his virus to use them as vessels to live in the real world again (and maybe collect remnant? Idk, this is still an idea I'm debating on keeping in this part, will likely get dropped though.)

(Also, I guess Special Delivery can stay the same in my re-imagining, not much to change about it and I like the Vanny lore!)

Characters find this section of the maze to be extremely cold, with frost hanging from all of the corn stalks and the icey ground beneath their feet making the terrain difficult to traverse.

The shock of the freeze hit the male instantly; his breath catching and being painful through his lungs. "I should've bought a sweater." he laughed ever so slightly, unable to help as he bundled closer to his brother.. "and better shoes." he mused as he found it difficult to walk without a slip in his step; hands grabbing onto his sibling for support.

mid-leg setlist analysis: the separation of fourths.

16 song set. 4 drum kits. 4 distinct layouts. DUH.

Section 1: The openers. Distinguished by the classic 1/2, a structure I still think could be new stuff, but alas. Effective in establishing the pace of the show, with 3 easily identifiable tunes and a "deep cut" (I use the term loosely this day in age)

Section 2: The new stuff. Put into a really large block, as to maybe not break the rhythm. Broken up by the big ballads, of course, but then followed by heavyweights of the new stuff. (rest in peace Screaming Suicide and Sleepwalk). TFG IS GOOOOOOD.

Section 3: The heavy hitters. This is the part of the set I expect to have a breakdown at. The instrumentals carry the heaviest weight in these setlists, along with NEM, especially to the standard crown. TBA standards sad and roam break these sections up, and the HW stalwart holds the "pyro" song slot for night 2.

Section 4: The home run. Opens with the thrasher. Welcome back from the dead HW. Odd to flipping with Blackened, but oh well. Whiskey and Seek are the respective "ball" songs for the evening, fuel being the night 1 pyro song. One/Sandman is an excellent weekend closer, as it really amplifies the scale of the event, whereas MOP sends everyone home happy on night 1.

All in all, this is an excellent consideration of how to breakdown and sort the set, and really most songs stay contained with their 4 song ranges. There is no precedent of a song being played in one section on one weekend, and in another on the next. All data is the first 3 weekends of the NA M72 23 leg (New Jersey/Montreal/Arlington)

There's something boggling my mind: brace yourself this is gonna be long.

Brad Pitt another A-list and Hollywood celebrity like Chris apparently is dating his manager 26 years younger than him! I checked and he's 60 years old and his current woman 26 years old just like Abba. So what is boggling my mind is that, why Chris got backlash for it when the age gap between he and Abba is just 16 basically half of the age gap between Brad and his current partner but NO ONE is saying nothing about them. He's still has million of fans loving (yes loving him!) and supporting him, even the general public is interested in him despite this weird relationship. Why?¿?¿ it makes no sense tbh whatever conclusion we come up with.

Honestly I can accept age gaps until 17 let's say roughly 20 but only if they're both consensual adults. I think 26 years difference even if Brad's woman is an adult is too much given that he's 60 years old. However they're just dating for now.

Another famous hw couple Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton have 16 years age difference and no one is saying nothing bad but rooting for them together (same). Yes she's 41 and he's 57 but let's not forget they dated/married pretty young and EVERYONE in a age gap relationship will reach that. Same thing you know?

Another famous hw couple Rosie Whiteley and Jason Statham - 20 years of age difference but his fans never left and they do love and support him like before even his woman is well liked by his fans and he showed her off multiple times.

There are plenty of other famous hw couples (most married) with even bigger age gaps but I see no one complaining even if the man shows up at every event with his woman and viceversa and fans are literally happy for them.

Now, I know Chris and Abba are PR but why for him dating/marrying younger is a "problem" when the age gap between them is not even 20 while other hw couples (in love forreal) with even bigger age gaps live their lives normally and fans are more happier than ever with their fave being happy with their women ??

This makes me think that the age gap is just an excuse (mainly cause she's a fcking adult wether you like it or not) because it's clear to me after I mentioned all those couples and no one bothering them but being supportive instead, some fans do not want to admit her not nice personality aka racism aka trolling aka disrespecting towards Chris in general so they use the age gap excuse.

If the woman wasn't racist, a porn enthusiast, a troll, a clout chaser, disrespectful towards journalists I surely had no issue with her being Chris's partner and I'm more older than her and I look younger than my age just like Abba.

Exactly! It's honestly easier to use the most basic shallow reasons, because if we use the real reasons, it'd be a long ass Convo with a ton of back and forth, wherein, you're not even sure you can change a person's mind by the end of it.

So, yeah. Not a problem for the other couples, because in a way, they aren't problematic. Meanwhile Albitch... Has a long trail of red flags to follow her around 😆
